I love it when things are made the hard way! Rather than creating this image using Photoshop Ian Wright has actually ripped up newspapers, bills, envelopes, posters and anything else he could find of the correct shade, to create this amazing image. Anything like this always reminds me of the coffee cup poster by Sagmeister for the Adobe Design Achievement Awards! I loved that then and I still love it now. 2500 cups filled with different depths of coffee to create a range of brown tones then aranged into an award.
